Caring for YOU
Do you feel "used up," "worn out," like you have "nothing left to give?" Often, we forget the simple things, like caring for ourselves on a regular basis. We move from one activity of the day to the next and then one day and one week to the next, some times leaving our own well-being off of the "to do" list.
I would encourage you today to put yourself on the "to do" list each and every day. Whether this includes some exercise, spending some time in prayer or meditation, an extra 5 or 10 minutes in the shower, reading a book, spending time with a loved one- whatever it is that refuels YOU so that you can care for the other people and responsibilities in your life.
